Delegates will be given their opportunity to grace the stage in a full-length gown of their choosing. Our judges will be looking for confidence, poise, elegance, personality, and the overall impression. Judges will ask themselves: Does this delegate want to be here? Is she having fun? Is she demanding my attention?
